vprofile option in h264 is not working for me

I'm using shotcut to convert my videos. in additional options I enter

movflags=+faststart
preset=placebo
vprofile=baseline
level=3.0

But I get the following log:

and I don't know what's wrong because I can do it without vprofile option without problems.
Good to mention that I use average bitrate to encode using libx264.
And anyway I always get

[swscaler @ 00000000142fde80] Waing: data is not aligned! This can lead to a speedloss

But I don't know why.
