Configuration changes going from static IP to dynamic IP for Comcast

I currently have Comcast inteet modem which is 10.1.10.1. My pfsense router is 10.0.0.1. I just changed from static IP to dynamic IP to save money and now that the changes have taken place, I have no inteet. After resetting the modem, the IP address is changed from the static address, as expected. I have a NetGate router using pfsense that my daughter set up, and she's not available to assist me so I'm leaing how to use it. Also, I've set up a noip account to use in place of the static IP, but until the router is set up correctly, I can't determine if it's working properly.

Since the modem seems to be working correctly now, how to I change the pfsense router to reflect the new changes to dynamic IP instead of static?
