Virtual Box| Ubuntu| Install| Unresponsive

Installed Virtual Box then followed this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_DpFhT_euI to install Ubuntu. Everything went smoothly up to 3.15 in the video. Once i ran Ubuntu it would freeze at the logo. After searching for posts with similar issues and attempting to solve the problem as per the suggestions. I was unable to bypass the logo, after some adjustments i obtained a black screen or pixelated (rainbow) if i ran Ubuntu offline. As of now it has frozen onto a black screen with the following:
