PC freeze after coect to wifi

I have a PC with model Aspire M1610. When it coects to inteet, it freezes and I need to power off the PC to restart again . I run it in safe mode with networking, but when I open IE, I get a blue screen with error message A problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
