problems with powercfg requestsoverride and windows 10 not functioning

I have Windows 10 and an older device called Way2call which is basically a modem type of device but doesn't show up as a modem anymore in device manager in Windows 10, it shows up as a sound device (no wake on LAN unfortunately anymore .. thanks Windows 10). This device is what I used with a program called Callclerk to display callerID on my PC.

The issue I am having is that when I have the device plugged in and run Callclerk I get two items in powercfg /requests that look like this:

DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] USB Audio Device (USBVID_0BEF&PID_0004&MI_006&23e07332&0&0000)
An audio stream is currently in use.
[DRIVER] Legacy Keel Caller

AWAYMODE:
None.

EXECUTION:
None.

PERFBOOST:
None.

These items keep my computer from being able to enter sleep mode. I have tried using the old powercfg /requestsoverride and added the devices and it now looks like this:

[SERVICE]

[PROCESS]

[DRIVER]
srvnet SYSTEM
FileSystemsrvnet SYSTEM
USB Audio Device SYSTEM
Legacy Keel Caller SYSTEM

With these entries set up .. if I run powercfg /requests it still shows the same as I printed above. It still shows the two devices and still keeps the system from entering sleep mode.

Has anyone figured out a way to stop this and get requestsoverride to actually override the devices like it used to in every other version of Windows?
