How to change the font color for the entire text in TextWrangler (Mac)?

I've already tried changing the settings of the default font in “Preferences > Editor Defaults.”

With a file open, I’ve also tried changing the color through “View > Text Display > Show Fonts.”

No luck so far. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
