How can I download or mirror or rip an entire Coursera course website (not just videos and slides)?

I want to download or make an exact offline copy of certain Coursera courses, because they are plaing to remove the ones on their old platform after 30th June.

Any OS is fine.

I tried using HTTrack, but it didn't work. Do I need to change some settings?
