How should I schedule windows 10 restarts and install updates if needed?

I have some dashboard systems I want to restart nightly.

I know how to set Windows Update to restart at that specific time. I also know how to schedule tasks to force a reboot.

How should I schedule nightly reboots which will always reboot regardless, but will install updates to reboot if necessary?

shutdown -r -f will not install updates, and setting the update timer will not shutdown nightly.
