Can I batch move many files in many separate subdirectories/folders to a single main one in windows?

So lets say I have a ton of files in locations like this:

C:/Users/(Useame)/Desktop/(Parent-Collection name)/(filename1)/(filename1).ext

.../(filename2)/(filename2).ext

.../(filename3)/(filename3).ext

etc...

Can I batch move those specific files to the parent folder so it's:

C:/Users/(Useame)/Desktop/(Parent-Collection name)/(filename1).ext, etc.

Basically making it so that those separating sub-folders are gone with all those files in one big collection instead of each being in their own folder. Or to put it in an analogy of sorts, like taking a school-binder with several dividers in it and tearing those out so all the remaining papers are no longer separated by subject or what-have-you.
