Wireless headset 2.4Ghz interference?

I just purchased a broken Corsair Void wireless headset that works at 2.4Ghz, seems to be working sometimes but most of the time it keeps getting interrupted or just breaking the coection entirely.

Store won't take it back since it works fine there so it must be something here interfering with it I assume?

No it's not a driver issue and no it's not low on battery, i have tried it in another nearby machine and it works fine.

I've tried anything wireless, 2 wifi access points, there's 3 more from neighbours. Unplugged wireless mouse & keyboard, another wireless headset that does actually work on this frequency.

I don't know what to do at this point, might as well have bued €100.
