Random Themes for Powershell

I was wondering if it was possible to setup my Powershell environment so that every time I start a new session it opens with a different color scheme. I figure that it would have to pull from a list of predetermined themes, rather than just picking a random foreground and background color. Has anyone done or seen anything like this?
