Trying to catch a thief by finding out what hardware he was using based on a user-agent string

This might be a bit of weird question but maybe someone can help me out here. My phone was stolen and I am trying to investigate. I have gathered a little bit of information and I am wondering if I can make any meaningful conclusions based on what I know. Shortly after my phone was stolen, the thief then used my phone to log into my facebook and made a bunch of posts before I blocked my account. I looked at the facebook log-in data and I am trying to figure out which laptop he has been using, as I know from "FindMyiPhone", before I blocked my iPhone he was trying to log in from a cafe not far away, probably using his laptop. User-agent string I found is

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Apparently he was using a browser called "Yandex Browser". If I get an idea of what kind of a laptop he was using, I could possibly ask around at that cafe, maybe employees have seen someone or something.

So, at the moment, all I know is that he is running a Windows 10 machine, most likely it was a laptop. I am guessing that guy is not that tech-savvy (because then why would he even try to log into my facebook, thus jeopardising himself, in the first place). Can I get any more info from his activity and log-in attempts? I have the IP he used to log in, from that I found he was using a Wi-Max modem, but that's all. Is there any more information I can find out from his activity and log-in attempts? Can I make any more conclusions about what kind of a laptop he was using? Do you think I can find out more, or is this a lost cause?
