inaccessible_device_error after update on Windows 10

System was working normally. I did some Windows updates and tued off the system. Next day I tued on the system, but I encountered a blue screen with this message inaccessible_device_error.

I have installed two Windows versions on my system:

Windows 7 on primary drive (drive C) //this windows work correctly
Windows 10 on logical drive (drive D) 

I didn't none of these:

1- Changing in system hardware.
2- Changing in BIOS.
3- And whatever you think 

What I noticed is that the drive is not accessible.
