Sound frequencies recognition

I'm trying to detect voice from some machine it's produce a tone with different frequencies , this tones is not Characters or digits it's just a tone. and I want to recognize these tones. I'm using Xamarin ( Android & IOS ) , Do you have any idea it can help ?
