Disable NFS sharing when the host is Windows

Our VM works nice on Linux, but on Windows, I want the sync_folder to be off (we'll code remotly on the machine, it'll be faster)

Is there a way to execute this code on OSX & Linux WHILE ignoring it if the host machine is Windows ?

config.vm.synced_folder '.', '/srv/app',
    type: 'nfs',
    mount_options: ['nolock', 'actimeo=1', 'fsc']

For information, right now, This block throws an error on Windows 7.
