My gaming PC (sometimes) goes in to a boot loop. shuts off within 2sec and tries to boot back on

I Have had this problem for a year now.. My pc can be fine for months, but when it does this it will do it on every start up for weeks, and then fix it self again. So i basically need to power on off PSU and try to start my computer untill it works. The thing is i dont really know if it is my PSU, because it is so random when and how i get my pc booted up again. Tried to start it with only CPU, PCU and motherboard. Tested both my ram, and with and without GPU. This is annoying me because like i said it is super random when it happens, and how i get it to tu on again without the on-off loop. ANY IDEAS GUYS?
