Oracle VirtualBox not able to coect to internet when the host is having slow internet

Virtual Box ruing on windows 8.1 has trouble coecting to inteet probably when the host is having slow inteet coection (This happens occasionally and there is no issues with the inteet coection on the host machine[windows] when the problem occurs).

-Virtual Box 5.0 -Host windows 8.1 -Gust OS is centos 7
