Oracle VirtualBox not able to connect to inteet when the host is having slow inteet

Virtual Box running on windows 8.1 has trouble connecting to inteet probably when the host is having slow inteet connection (This happens occasionally and there is no issues with the inteet connection on the host machine[windows] when the problem occurs).

-Virtual Box 5.0 -Host windows 8.1 -Gust OS is centos 7
