Articulate Storyline 2 won't install on windows 10 64 bit

Articulate storyline 2 won't install on windows 10, and previous solutions said uninstall KB2918614, but that's not installed on my Windows 10 64 bit system .

I ran the installer as administrator. Have tried the compatibility troubleshooter.. nothing seems to work
