I have used databases and pivot tables for more than 16 years and have never had a problem. Now, with the new Excel 2016 I am having repeated issues of a column or row not being included in the pivot table. Sometimes I'm able to "wake it up" by copying and pasting the row or column on top of itself, but not always. Sometimes I copy and past the entire database to a different worksheet and then it may work. Right now, I've tried all of those and nothing is working. I guess I will have to manually add the number it is missing back to the place it should be in the pivot table?? It is very frustrating as the database ties out perfectly, but the pivot table does not. This is a "bug" in the software that is costing me a tremendous amount of time and frustration !!
