create shortcut with runas admin privileges in parameter

I have a shortcut of a custom terminal/cmd program.

This program always needs to be run with elevated/admin priviledges.

Assume my program is situated at this location:

C:UsersUsercustom_program.exe

With a shortcut on

C:UsersUserDesktopcustom_program shortcut.exe

Right-click, going to properties, I would find in the shortcut tab, target contains this "C:UsersUsercustom_program.exe"

I recall seeing one can add "C:UsersUsercustom_program.exe" -runas in reference to running as admin.

I have only found solutions like checking the run as admin, etc. but I would like the parameter line command to run as admin.
