Merchandise Placement Based On Quantity [on hold]

I have a merchandise wall bay in which the items need to be in a specific order. I would like to create a table that shows what should go where based on its stock quantity. For example, say I only have stock of 'item 1' for a 2x3 table. The table should automatically show "1" in all cells.

If the stock of 'item 1' and 'item 2' is a 60/40 ratio, the goal is to have the table automatically recognize this and suggest the setting as follows:

1 1 1

1 2 2

To further explain, stock for 'item 1,' 'item 2,' and 'item 3' is 50/10/40, the table should now look like this:

1 1 1

2 3 3

The goal is to have specific item quantities in a separate table that the main table will adjust to based on quantity change. Is this possible?
