What single sentence could I use for a user to acknowledge they have permission to upload a file and apply a Creative Commons license?

I am designing an upload page for users to submit content. Any content submitted will have a Creative Commons license applied to it. What is a suitable sentence that I can put next to a checkbox for the user to acknowledge that they have permission to upload the file and apply this license?

This is what I have so far:

[ ] I have permission to upload this file and apply a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Inteational License.

Is this suitable or should it say more than that?
