Makefile: no such file or directory?

I am trying to configure a makefile for an utility called Panda. It is properly installed in my home folder but, when I try to upload a plugin, e.g.

xvlaze@AI:~/Desktop/panda-master$ qemu/x86_64-softmmu/qemu-system-x86_64 -m 1024 -panda-plugin x86_64-softmmu/panda_plugins/panda_callstack_instr.so -panda-plugin x86_64-softmmu/panda_plugins/panda_unigrams.so

It retus the following error:

Failed to load x86_64-softmmu/panda_plugins/panda_callstack_instr.so: x86_64-softmmu/panda_plugins/panda_callstack_instr.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory FAIL: Unable to load plugin `x86_64-softmmu/panda_plugins/panda_callstack_instr.so' Aborted

The file is inside the specified directory. Any clue?
