Cannot Access Exteal Hard Drive From Windows 8

So basically whenever I try to copy something into the hard drive, the "You need permission screen will pop up." I will click continue, and it will copy for a few seconds, then it will abort telling me that I need permission, now I can edit this hard drive on the mac partition without a problem and I can copy files out, I just can't input anything in.

I also can't change the security permissions to because when I right click on the Hard Drive, there are no security permission.

The thing is I am an administrator, yet, it isn't letting me access the hard drive. Can someone help me solve this issue?
