Start Mplayer without extra cmd window (on windows)

I know in Linux it's just

(nohup mplayer video.flv >/dev/null &) && exit

i want to do the same in windows , start the mplayer from cmd without the extra cmd window ,how can i do it ? (solutions can be "progrematicly using c/c++ , as long that it's work :) ).
