Asus laptop shows only BIOS

My laptop always takes me to BIOS setup menu no matter what I do.

I restored changes, tried everything and I hear the CD spiing but won't boot up the Windows 8 installation disc. It spins and spins but nothing and if I leave the disc out it still does the same thing.

What do I do I need help
