how to manupulate internet speed of a shared coection?

I have shared wifi inteet coection of my laptop to a local network via etheet as below image. Since I have 100mbps wifi coection, I want to reduce that speed and provide inteet to my local network. My router does not support Qos and i tried using software Netlimiter but i couldn't reduce the speed because shared inteet coection not shows in that software nor in the task manager, how should i do this? attached image
