how to manupulate inteet speed of a shared connection?

I have shared wifi inteet connection of my laptop to a local network via etheet as below image. Since I have 100mbps wifi connection, I want to reduce that speed and provide inteet to my local network. My router does not support Qos and i tried using software Netlimiter but i couldn't reduce the speed because shared inteet connection not shows in that software nor in the task manager, how should i do this? attached image
