setup was unable to create a new system partition - Windows 7

Just spent the last 48 hours trying to install a fresh Win 7 on my pc. I used Ubuntu before and formated the drive from GParted in Ubuntu.

I'm ruing into the error: "setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition"

I have tried: 1. Ruing through this: DiskPart list disk select disk 0 clean create partition primary align=1024 format fs=ntfs (Will Take a While) assign active exit exit

2. Switched to a different ISO to test if the first one was corrupted or something.
3. Fiddled with all sorts of USB settings,boot settings etc..
4. Tried that trick of removing the USB stick and putting it back in before choosing which drive to install on.
5. Tried load the ISO to USB with both Windows USB Loader tool and Rufus.

AND on top of all this, I can't access the setuperr.log file since I get "Access Denied" trying to open it.

The drive is an SSD with 120gb capacity, that's all I know about it without opening up the whole body. I'll be bald if this continous. Pulling my hair like an idiot over this.
