Sublime Text 3 tab-bar has disappeared after I pressed a wrong shortcut key, and I cannot get it back

I was going to press Ctrl + Shift + H to format my code, but mistakenly I pressed some other key. Now the open-file tab-bar (i.e., just below the menu bar) has gone, including all the tabs. When I go to the Command Pallete, and press the "View: toggle tabs", it has no effect. I completely uninstalled Sublime Text 3 and then reinstalled it. Still the tab-bar doesn't show. Can anyone help? Thanks.
