Pidgin - ignore invalid certificate

I use Pidgin with a Wildfire (now called OpenFire) XMPP server. Whenever I open the Pidgin client, I get a waing about an invalid cert:

Is there any way that I can tell Pidgin to always accept it? I have it opening at startup.
