Any Software that checks for unwanted files [on hold]

your question is very vague, what kind of unwanted files do you have in mind ?

Most Website / forum software platforms store uploads or user-specific files in certain locations such as a /upload folder or such.

Most of the time it's pretty easy to just clean them up if you so desire, but without more info with regards to what platform you are ruing on, what kind of unwanted files you are encountering now it's very difficult to give you a decent answer.

Please provide more info.
