Delete previous versions of Windows 10 fails

I try to delete C:Windows.old. I tried this (1) where this option isn't listed. Then I tried this (2) where there, there is the option to to delete the previous versions but it doesn't work. I also tried this (3) using command line but nothing again (access denied it says in step 5)... any other way?
