Run multiple OS on the same server

I have a single HP ILO server with Ubuntu installed on it. For application testing purposes, I need to install multiple OS on the server. What will be the best way to use the same server and perform application testing with multiple OS? Apart from disk partitioning, are there any other ways to achieve it such that the time to switch between the OS is minimized?
