Windows 10 freezes randomly and won't boot

So, I recently installed Windows 10 and I have this issue where it freezes randomly while I'm browsing the web or something. Then I've to do a hard reset, but it won't boot and there is a black screen on boot. I have to use ntfsfix on a Ubuntu Live session(from usb) to get Windows to boot again. I think it has something to do with my graphics(I have AMD 7640g +7670m).

I've updated all drivers but it still freezes. I've tued off Fast Startup and PCI Linked state management. DISM shows no corruption. Chkdisk shows no errors

Can anyone help
