Virtual Box doesn't start

So, as already said, my Virtual Box doesn't start and every time I try, I get this message: Could not open the medium '/home/dawn/VirtualBox VMs/Windows XP/Snapshots/{7011221c-c093-408f-98c1-0dd24e699a39}.vmdk'.

VD: error VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND opening image file '/home/dawn/VirtualBox VMs/Windows XP/Snapshots/{7011221c-c093-408f-98c1-0dd24e699a39}.vmdk' (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).
