How do I transfer my chrome profile to another PC?

I found this question asked in 2008 and appears to be outdated. How do I transfer my Google Chrome profile to a new PC?

I'm transferring my cousins file from his old PC to his new. I thought if I copied the path mentioned in the link all will be fine

C:Users<User Name>AppDataLocalGoogleChromeUser Data

I don't have his old PC so I'll need to attempt later but ATM it looks like his bookmarks showed up but nothing else even though i see a cookie & history file here. Any ideas? I want to mention that inteet currently doesnt work on his machine and it seems like there is a virus so IDK if his machine will boot properly

Edit I opened the cookies file in sqlite and noticed the expiration date is years ago. It seems like it's an old profile but IDK where the current one would be. Weird thing is that the database file has been modified in 2016 and I'm pretty sure copying the files didnt touch the modified date on the files are all over the place
