How to use the left CMD key as colon/semicolon?

The colon/semicolon button doesn't work on my macbook pro because i spilled water on it.

I don't ever use the left command key on my Macbook, how can I remap these keys?

I have searched the web and tried Karabinier but it doesn't work!
