How to recover corrupt system files when System File Checker can't fix them?

I can't connect to my wireless inteet. It has been confirmed that it is not the router, the wireless adapter, virus related, or outdated drivers. I ran sfc /scannow and get errors that can't be fixed (I'll post the log below). Reinstalling Windows is not an option. I would like to know if there is a way to fix the issues related to iassdo.dll, xwizards.dll, etc. I believe these are the reasons why I see the wireless connections but can't connect to them. Any help is much appreciated.
