I collect old newspapers.
I want to scan them to digital files. The largest flatbed scanner I can find is 12 inches by 17 inches. This is large enough to scan the newspaper if it is folded. But I would prefer to scan the newspaper pages unfolded. That is, as one continuous page as you would read the newspaper if it were open.
Is there a scanner large enough to do this? It would have to be at least 15 inches by 23 inches. I scan newspapers often enough that I would purchase a scanner like this (as long as it is not outrageously expensive, like $1000).
I am not interested in feeder scanners, as the newspapers can get damaged or the ink will smear.
