Item stuck on screen after dragging and droppping [Windows 10]

Please help, this is very aoying. I tried dragging and dropping an item to my taskbar, and this happened. It will not go away and I can't restart because my computer has a risk of crashing. If I have to restart I'll take that risk, anything to make it go away.You can see it near the middle of the screen. It is the VLC Media player. Click here Any one know how to fix?
