Facebook pixel on wordpress

I have placed my FB pixel ID in 3 spots on my WP site, once in the header/footer section, and twice in WooCommerce plugin (cart and checkout scripts). But when I go to my site to use the FB pixel helper extension, it tells me it did not load.

Any help, tips or ideas you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
