neovim not schemecolor on tmux multiplexor

I dont know why I dont have schemecolor when I use tmux on my neovim, here something of data of my console:

gnome-terminal
tmux 1.9
neovim

I try a lot of this possible solutions but dont work. I take like example for my configuration this dotfiles
