Linux: WD USB not seen via df command from cli - also not automount (only from graphical itf)

Situation: on linux (Mint):

1. new exteal WD usb disk (after plug-in autodetected, accesible via /media/user, also visible via df cmd)
2. formated to the ext4 (I know, my stupid step :( - but I had a reason for this step)
3. from this moment the disk can not see from df cmd, only from the graphical (computer / ...)

Question: how it is possible to automount, as previous (before step 2)?

It is not possible to change the fstab manually, because I shared this device with a more computers - all of them only linux OS)
