Universal adapter - which one to use on Acer laptop

I have Acer 5733 and my old adapter didn´t work (specification: 19V, 65W, 3.42A, 5.5mm*1.7mm). So I bought Omega OZU70W Universal power adapter for my laptop. It worked nice, my batery is charging and I also have 10 different adapters (for others laptops).

The problem is - one adapter looks exactly like original, same color (yellow), same dimension (5.5mm*1.7mm),19V but have different/lower ampers (1.58A). The other one have also 19V, 3.42A but different dimmension (5.5mm*2.1mm).

Is it safe to use the other one, with different dimmension? Thanks guys!
