Samsung Syncmaster P2770hd Monitor Powers on and off

Issue: I have a 2 yr old Samsung Syncmaster P2770hd Monitor that Powers on and off peridically.

Info: Monitor has: 1) main board and 1) power supply board.

Help The problem is with one of the boards (main or power) that need to be replaced. Anyone with experience solving this issue is appreciated. Each board is ~$60. Pics of the inside of the monitor and respective boards attached.

Other Samsung charges $200 to repair this monitor and will be simply replacing one of these boards. Samsung CS and repair center (offshore) offers substandard service.
