Home network connected to hot spot

As an owner operator I am on the road 90% of the time. I dont know how to separate my networks. 1st my hotspot connects all equipment on the road, phone, laptop tablets Chromecast etc At home I need the same connectivity except my home security dvr and cameras require a router to work properly and I dont want my netgear router to connect to the inteet. I do want the laptops and phones to connect to the home network though. I dont know if this is where to ask or not, but any advise or help is greatly appreciated
