How can I make a youtube index image which looks great on facebook and youtube on photoshop?

When you whant to make a index image for youtube, that size is:1280*720, it's realy simple right?
But if you whant to add some text, or effect for the image, and if you whant to make this image looks nice on facebook, this task can be a little difficult.
The problem is, the facebook cut the image size to 158*158 pixel, this very small and when you make the design for the image, you can't know where is that safe area, where the text can be visible on youtube and facebook.

So basically I need to create a safe area on photoshop, where I can add text and other stuff, and it's can be visible everhywhere.
How can i create this area?
Note:
I know about vclip, but I don't whant to use this tool, this too lazy solution for me.
Tubebuddy tool is realy great for this propuse, but I don't have money for it right now, so I whant to make this in photoshop way.
