apache,mysql,xampp, is up and good but cant log in when i try to access my myphp web

apache is running good and mysql is running good, xampp is running good also but i cant log in myweb myphp when i try to access it in my network i cant log in. keep coming back at main page instead in my profile password and useame is right. the data is located at htdocs i checked httdp config is right. what is my mistake or error.
