How to disable/delete Word 2010 macros?

Everytime I open MS Word, I get the notification about 'macros not available, open as read only?'. It actually open as read and write, but I see this alert about 5 before the document open, everytime I open a document, or even an new empty one.

I tried to enable the Developer tab to delete the macros, but I got 'the function you are attempting to run contains macros...".

Is there a way to delete the macros from the default new blank Word document?
