iis7 redirected when attempting to access a website

When attempting to access a website, I am shown this IIS7 large shaded box in multi languages.

How do I get to the website I want without this aoying occurrence. Have shut down the machine, rebooted, and done everything I can think of to get rid of this.

I am ruing Windows 7.
